We are open from 6:30 AM to 11:30 PM; the latest entry is usually at 9:00 PM.

On weekends and during high season, day pass services are provided in shifts to manage capacity as follows:

• Shift 1: 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
• Shift 2: 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Shift 3: 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM.

*For a more peaceful experience, we recommend visiting us in the morning or during the week, when the atmosphere is more serene.

Hotel

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. The pools are open from 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM.

On your check-in day, you can arrive early and request luggage storage so you can start enjoying the pools and all our experiences.

Hotel Day Pass: Enjoy it without shifts.

Termales Santa Rosa de Cabal is located within the Campoalegre Soil Conservation District. This area must be protected and comply with certain regulatory requirements; therefore, visitors are not allowed to bring pets (neither to the Ecopark nor the Hotel).

To enjoy your visit and live our Thermal Water experience, please follow these recommendations:

• Wear a Lycra swimsuit.
• Bring sandals, a towel, and warm clothing; the weather can be chilly, with an average temperature of 18°C.
• The use of a swim cap is not mandatory but is recommended for hygiene.
• The Ecopark offers locker rentals to keep your belongings safe. The padlock costs 20,000 pesos, which is refunded at the end of your visit.
• Walk with caution; the floor may be slippery.
• The use of T-shirts and other clothing items in the pools is prohibited.
• Do not consume food or drinks inside the pools.
• Take cold water dips every 15 minutes, starting from the feet and moving upward.
• Pregnant women should stay in the Thermal Water for a maximum of 15 minutes, alternating with cold water.
• People with hypertension and/or the elderly should not stay in the hot water for long periods.
• Children under 12 must be under the constant supervision of a responsible adult.

We do not provide transportation services. You must arrive directly at our facilities via private vehicle, jeep, taxi, or bus from Santa Rosa de Cabal.

The bus to our establishment runs every two hours starting at 6:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 6:00 PM. You can catch it at Araucarias Park or the local market (galería).

Outside food and drinks are not allowed. We have restaurants and cafeterias offering typical regional dishes, such as the famous Chorizo Santarrosano.

Yes, if you come in your private vehicle, you will find parking areas at both the Hotel and the Ecopark.

We recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends, holidays, or during high season, as capacity is limited to ensure the comfort of our visitors.

The Ecopark is for day passes (open to the general public), while the Hotel offers a more private experience with exclusive thermal pools for guests and day passes available with a prior reservation.
