We're open from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.; last admission is usually at 9:00 p.m.

On weekends and during peak seasons, day-use services are provided on a rotational basis to manage capacity, as follows:

• Shift 1: 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
• Shift 2: 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Shift 3: 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

*For a more peaceful experience, we recommend visiting us in the mornings or on weekdays, when the atmosphere is calmer.

Hotel

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 p.m. The pools are open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

On the day of check-in, you can arrive early and ask to store your luggage so you can enjoy the pools and all our activities.

Hotel day rate: Enjoy it without having to wait in line.

Termales Santa Rosa de Cabal is located in the Campoalegre Soil Conservation District. This area must be protected and comply with certain regulatory requirements; among these, visitors are not permitted to bring their pets (neither to the Ecopark nor to the hotel).

We are located in the municipality of Santa Rosa de Cabal, Risaralda, Colombia—just 25 minutes from Las Araucarias Park and 40 minutes from Pereira.

To make the most of your visit and enjoy our hot springs experience, please follow these recommendations:

• Wear a Lycra swimsuit.
• Bring sandals, a towel, and warm clothes; the weather can be cold, with an average temperature of 18 °C
• Wearing a swim cap is not required, but it is recommended for hygiene reasons.
• The Ecopark offers a locker rental service so you can store your belongings safely. The padlock costs 20,000 pesos, which will be refunded at the end of your visit.
• Please walk carefully; the floor may be slippery.
• T-shirts and other clothing are not allowed in the pools.
• Do not eat or drink inside the pools.
• Take cold water dips every 15 minutes, starting at the feet and working your way up.
• Pregnant women should spend no more than 15 minutes in the hot springs, alternating with cold water.
• People with high blood pressure and/or the elderly should not stay in hot water for long periods of time.
• Children under 12 must be under the constant supervision of a responsible adult.

We do not provide transportation services; you must travel directly to our locations by private vehicle, jeep, taxi, or bus from Santa Rosa de Cabal.

The bus that takes you to our facility runs every two hours at 6:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m., and you can catch it at Parque de las Araucarias or at the shopping arcade.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. We have restaurants and cafes that offer traditional regional dishes, such as the famous Santarrosano chorizo.

That's right—if you come in your own car, you'll find parking areas at the hotel and Ecoparque.

The Ecopark is open to the general public for day visits, while the hotel offers a more private experience with hot springs exclusively for guests and day visits by prior reservation.
